Libellula snc pledges to deliver the items to the courier in charge of the shipment within 24 hours upon payment reception.

This term can be suspended by Libellula snc in case of failed reception of the payment until its effective reception.

Libellula snc is not able to directly monitor the items delivery after the products are given to the responsible courier, for this reason, the company is not liable for any shipment delays.

Upon delivery the customer, or another subject authorized by him, is responsible to check:

a) The exact correspondence between the items and what is indicated in the transport document, with reference to the quantity, quality and nature of the products.

b) The integrity of the packaging, it should not be wet or altered in any way.

If the delivery fails to respect the conditions a) and b), the customer is required to contest such elements which are to be reported in the transport document which the courier will deliver back to Libellula snc.

If the customer makes no contestation upon delivery, according to the above prescriptions, the product is automatically accepted, and the customer loses the right to claim the product guarantee relative to the issues outlined in point a) and b).

In the case of a failed delivery due to customer’s responsibility, any extra costs relative to a new shipment will be charged to the customer himself/herself.

  • Standard delivery: within 5-7 working days

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Standard delivery: within 7-15 working days

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. 

Import Fees must be paid by the person receiving the package when it reaches its destination.

If you refuse a shipment from Libellula snc, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Libellula snc. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
